PAYMENT:
Payment is due at time of purchase. Orders will not be made or posted until payment has cleared.
Currently B Jewelled accepts payment via Paypal only. Please note you do not need a Paypal account for purchases you can pay via credit card.
DELIVERY:
As all items are handmade to order please allow up to 5 working days for your goods to be made and posted.
Items are sent via Australia Post, regular post (no tracking number recorded). Registered post and express post can be arranged for an additional fee, however local pick up can also be organised to avoid postal fees. Please email me to organise this option.
I currently only post in Australia, however if you are overseas and would like to purchase, please contact me for a shipping quote.
Planters are available for pick up at our studio in Berwick, Vic. Please email me to discuss a courier option. Due to the different charges in locations I can't put a flat cost on the website.

Please note these are all hand made items and may contain flaws and differences, but, this is what makes them unique. B Jewelled strives for perfection on each piece made.
I only offer refunds on the occasion that your product arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging (my parcels are always well packed). On the rare occasion that your piece is faulty, please contact me and I will be happy to offer a mutually suitable solution.
B Jewelled will not refund for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
All photos are taken without a flash in natural night, however please take into consideration the different colour variances to different monitors.
Planters are available for pick up only, please email me at [email protected] to arrange a suitable time to collect from our studio in Berwick, Victoria.
